India's Nethra Jyothi Trust is dedicated to offering eye care that transforms lives. Our projects focus on community welfare and accessibility. Since 2012, approximately 4 lakh government school students in Udupi, Karnataka, have received free screenings and treatments through our Sarva Shikshana Abhiyana initiative. From 2021 to 2022, our "Vision for All" program held numerous eye camps throughout Goa, covering both urban and rural communities. In coastal Karnataka, our mobile eye care units provide vital services to isolated areas. We examined over 10,000 truck drivers across the country in collaboration with Allergan and Sightsavers to promote safer roadways through improved eyesight. With over 720 successful corneal transplants and more than 1,20,000 eye donations to the Eye Bank, we are committed to preventing blindness and restoring sight. Our partnerships with governments enhance our reach and impact.
